Become the director of your own life

When properly applied, analytical therapy will not just teach you a 'trick' or train you to display 'desired behaviour' - which is 'forgotten' as soon as you come under some stress. You also don't need to adapt to the demands of the people around you. You will experience what it is like to be the director of your life. As a result, you'll be more at ease with your own qualities, shadows and paradoxes.
